Corsential partners with Cineplex Entertainment for Guest Services Experience Program

Corsential ULC has been chosen by Cineplex Entertainment to be the exclusive provider of the companys Guest Services Experience Program.

The goal of our program is to drive enhanced strategic decision-making and exceptional service across all avenues. We want to help Cineplex maintain a movie-going experience that goes beyond what anyone can do in their own home, and we look forward to helping Cineplex continue their success as the largest and most successful Canadian film exhibitor for many years to come.

As part of the Cineplex program, Corsential will measure and track more than 80 service points contributing to a customers movie-going experience at 130 locations. Data is delivered on a weekly and monthly basis to managers and executives via the Corsential Insight & Action Portal. The portal is fully customized to the organizational structure of Cineplex, and designed according to specific program requirements and industry best practises in order to identify key strategic areas of opportunity that will have the greatest positive impact for Cineplex.

Cineplex Entertainment is the largest Canadian movie exhibitor with 130 locations, 1352 screens and approximately 10,000 employees across Canada. Cineplex Entertainment owns and operates Cineplex Odeon, Galaxy, Famous Players, Colossus, Coliseum, SilverCity, Cinema City, and Scotiabank Theatre brands.
