The Israel Tennis Centers Foundation Appoints Jacqueline S. Glodstein to VP of Global Development

Toronto News, (PR) January 08, 2012

The Israel Tennis Centers Foundation announced the appointment of Jacqueline S. Glodstein to the role of VP Global Development. Two of the original Tennis Center Founders, Drs. Ian Froman from Israel and Dr. William H. Lippy from Warren, Ohio respectively were both very excited. “The lifeblood of any organization is fund-raising and in the world wide economy today with all of the challenges everyone is facing, for our team to land someone of Jacqueline’s caliber is phenomenal.”

In her role as Vice President of Global Development, Jacqueline Glodstein will spearhead international efforts to promote and develop support for the ITC and its mission, which is to improve and enhance the lives of children in Israel using tennis as a vehicle. The new global position will be based in New York City.

Jacqueline S. Glodstein, a graduate of Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York, has extensive development experience, most recently with American Friends of The Hebrew University (AFHU), where she expanded their visibility and broadened the university’s base of support in the Northeast region of the United States.

Said Kevin Green, International Chairman of The Israel Tennis Centers, and a prominent member of the Jewish community in Toronto, Canada and Sue Karatz the current U.S. Board President from Phoenix, Arizona, “we are delighted to have Jacqueline Glodstein bring her years of experience and leadership to the ITC, which offers essential programs and services to the children of Israel. The ITC builds bridges to peace, boosts confidence and promotes good mental and physical health. We have every confidence that Jackie, who is deeply committed to Israel and child welfare, is the person who will carry forward our vital mission in the 21st century.”
